Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to pay for website updates?
If you are on the Basic plan, we are happy to make any updates you need, and will bill you at our hourly rate. If you are on the Pro plan, you have access to 1 hour of updates per month. If you are on the Ultimate plan, you have access to 2 hours per month. Any overages will be billed at our hourly rate. For more information on what your plan includes, please review the care plan packages above.
Can I roll over monthly website update hours?
We do not roll over update hours. If you find that several months have passed and you have consistently not used your hours, we would suggest downgrading to the Basic plan.
How do I request support?

We are constantly monitoring our inbox for support tickets and website update requests. For the fastest response time, please fill out the support request form. If you would like to request a call, please fill out our contact form.


Please do not text or call as we cannot guarantee a timely response.

How long will it take to complete my content updates?
Simple updates can be made within 24-48 hours, and others will take longer. For most updates, you can expect that they will be completed within 3-4 business days. If we anticipate that it will take longer, we will let you know.
What happens if my website goes down (is hacked, breaks, etc)?
Our care plans are built to prevent this. However, in the case something does happen and your website needs emergency care, we’ll be on it. In most cases, we can either fix the issue or restore a backup so quickly that you won’t even notice anything happened. 
How do I know how well my site is performing?

Monthly reports will be sent to all Pro and Ultimate care plan clients. If you are on the Basic plan, and would like to see a report, please contact us.

What if I need something not included on a plan?
If you need something that’s not included in your plan, we’re happy to help. It’ll likely just need a more formal proposal. You can start that process by shooting us the details via out Contact Page and we’ll set up a call to discuss your needs.
How does billing work?
You have the option to set up credit card or ACH payments, and will be billed automatically each month. If you want to pay the entire year upfront, you can do that as well. 
What if I want to downgrade or upgrade my plan?
Every 3 months you will have the opportunity to downgrade or upgrade your plan. Please email us with this request and we will update your plan.
